Join Us for ECA’s New Leadership Networking Arts & Culture Reception on Thursday, February 27th from 4:00–6:45 PM at Edmonds Center for the Arts, Center Classroom.
Edmonds Center for the Arts invites nonprofit and government professionals with a passion for arts and culture to attend our Leadership Networking Arts & Culture Reception—a free, biannual event designed to foster community collaboration, inspire new ideas, and build meaningful relationships.
This event celebrates community unity, creativity, and collaboration across our county’s diverse sectors. Through conversations and activities, we’ll explore opportunities to support and enhance each other’s work.
What to Expect!
• Networking Session (4:00–5:00 PM): Mingle with nonprofit, government, and arts leaders over heavy hors d'oeuvres and self guided fun activities.
• Interactive Workshop (5:00–6:00 PM): Participate in a 50min interactive workshop lead by SilverKite Community Arts and enjoy a sneak peak musical performance by the Sphinx ensemble
• Continued Networking (6:00–6:45 PM): Build deeper connections over food and drinks.
• Evening Concert (7:30 PM): As our gue.st, enjoy ECA’s featured evening performance of the renowned Sphinx Virtuosi in the theater.
About the Featured Performers:
Sphinx Virtuosi is a groundbreaking chamber music ensemble of 18 of the nation’s top Black and Latine professionals. Founded in Detroit, Michigan, in the late 1990s, Sphinx was one of the nation’s first prominent BIPOC classical chamber music ensembles. Today, it is a global leader in arts equity, reaching over 100 million people worldwide through education, professional development, community engagement, and invigorating performances.
Sphinx Virtuosi has performed in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center and even received a standing ovation at the White House during the Obama Administration.
